Shipments and returns

Shipping time:

For sweatshirts in the permanent collection, shipments are shipped within 3 days.

For customized sweatshirts, shipments are shipped within 5 working days. Keep in mind that there are no deliveries made during the weekends.

During periods of high demand, these delays may change. Sweet Aloha is a small structure and will endeavor to limit the deadlines as much as possible.Just keep in mind that one person is trying its best.

Deliveries are handled by bpost.You can choose an adress or a pick up shop if your adress is in France or Belgium

All delivery is trackable to destination.

The delivery time :

1 day for Belgium

2-3 days for France

2-5 days for Europe

4-8 days for the rest of the world

Returns

Custom sweatshirts can not be returned unless they are received damaged.

The sweatshirts of the permanent collection can be returned. The shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss of value is the responsibility of the purchaser. The buyer must then immediately contact sweet aloha.

1. Send an e-mail within 14 days of receipt of your package

2. Return the products to us in their original packaging. We will send you an email containing all the necessary information.

3. We undertake to refund the total amount of returned items (discounts included and excluding initial shipping costs) at the latest within 30 calendar days of receipt of the return parcel.

But once again please try to avoid returning items as this is a small company and it could hurt us.
