Sweet Aloha is the trade name of Leialoha BVBA, Bremlaan 26,1970 Wezembeek-Oppem.
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer with Sweet Aloha.

As soon as an order is placed, and accepted by Sweet Aloha, you agree and accept the terms and conditions.
The general conditions of sale may exceptionally be modified subject to the written agreement of Sweet Aloha.
We recommend that you download our Terms and Conditions to keep a copy for your reference.
These general terms and conditions and all disputes arising out of these terms and conditions,with the use of the site or with a purchase on the website are governed by Belgian law. Sweet Aloha may change these terms and conditions at any time. You are therefore invited to accept the General Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of purchase with each of your orders.

All rights, including copyrights on www.sweetaloha.be remain the property of Sweet Aloha. Any use of this website or its content, including copying or storage, other than for your own non-commercial use, is prohibited without our prior written permission.
POLICY AND PRICE COSTS
All prices displayed in Sweet Aloha's online store include value-added tax (VAT) specific to the country and exclude shipping charges.
The shipping costs will be added to the order in the payment step and are based on the package weight, its destination and the chosen shipping mode.
The company undertakes to use the confidential information of the customers only within the framework of the exploitation of the site.
The data will be processed processing for the good execution of the order only.
HOW TO PURCHASE ONLINE
A. Submit your order
Before proceeding with payment, you can view your order (including your total price, VAT amount and shipping charges and fees depending on the method of payment chosen) and make any necessary changes.
You are bound by your order as soon as you accept Sweet Aloha's online offer and the stipulated conditions have been fulfilled: once the order has been submitted and the payment has been confirmed on the site.
However, the seller reserves the right not to validate the order in case of:
• non-availability of the ordered item;
• existing dispute (s) with the customer;
• total or partial non-payment of a previous customer order;
• refusal of authorization to pay by bank card of the banking organizations.
When the customer places his / her order through the site, he or she completes his / her contact information in the appropriate form. The customer is invited to read his/her form before validating his order. Sweet Aloha is not responsible for errors in sending e-mails or errors in sending parcels due to incorrect form.
The customer is sent an automatic confirmation e-mail of his/her order provided that the email address he/she indicated in the order form does not contain an error.
B. Payment and prices
The prices of the items on the site are indicated in euro and include VAT and other taxes that would be due in the country of the seller (excluding any import duties that would be due in the country of the customer and which remain at his expense).
Sweet Aloha can not be held liable for any change in currency or exchange rate that a bank could have when exchanging the currencies indicated on the website at the time of your order.
The delivery costs are clearly indicated on the order summary, which also mentions the total price (including delivery costs) due by the customer.
Payments are made in collaboration with Stripe and Paypal.
At the end of the payment, an acknowledgment of receipt, containing a summary of the order, is transmitted to the customer by e-mail and on a paper support at the time of delivery. The order summary is sent by e-mail with the order confirmation and a link to the General Conditions of Sale.
C. Changes to your order
Once you have made your order and after receiving the order confirmation email, you can not change your order.
If you wish to make any changes to your order or if you have made a mistake in billing, your customer's contact information or contact details, it is your responsibility to immediately contact the Sweet Aloha customer service in writing either via the contact form, or by e-mail at [email protected]
Take into account that one person is behind Sweet Aloha, so we try to minimize the returns. Returns are at the customer's expense. Refunds are made within 30 days of reception of the returned item.
We deliver in collaboration with Bpost. Shipping costs, based on Bpost's rates, are calculated at the time you place your order. We ship items from the permanent collection ordered before 12am on the same day. (From Monday to Friday)
For any customized item, add a manufacturing time of 5 working days. Please note that during times of high demands, this could change and this time of delivery is therefore indicative.
Shipments in Belgium take 2 to 3 working days, 5 days for Europe and 8 for the rest of the world. Sweet Aloha can not be held responsible for delays caused by Belgian or foreign postal services and generally for any event beyond its control.
The Seller undertakes to describe with the utmost accuracy the products sold on the Website. On the other hand, the seller shall not be liable in the event that the non-fulfillment of its obligations is attributable either to the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party to the contract or to a case of force majeure as defined by Belgian jurisprudence. Similarly, the seller can not be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet, such as a breach of service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses. The risk of loss or damage of the goods delivered as a result of an online purchase is transferred to the consumer only when the consumer (or a third party designated by him) takes physical possession of such goods.
